The role involves designing and building Azure Landing Zones and target architectures for large-scale complex migrations. It requires managing and governing technical teams while providing 24x7 support and troubleshooting for Azure Windows environments.

Candidates must have over 10 years of IT experience with at least 9 years focused on Azure Infrastructure and migration tools. Preferred certifications include AZ-305 and AZ-104, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
