The Registered Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services, ensuring safety and efficacy in all treatments. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients? physical conditions and mobility limitations * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history * Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance * Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress notes accurately in medical records * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans * Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives *Skills* * Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with relevant licensing authorities * Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care preferred * Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques * Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities * Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment * Adaptability to fast-paced clinical environments with diverse patient needs * Proficiency in documenting clinical information accurately and efficiently This position is ideal for professionals committed to delivering exceptional physiotherapy services while fostering a supportive environment for patient recovery.
