About This Team The Store Experience Real Estate Portfolio Team manages the leasing needs of lululemon's fleet of stores in North America. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Portfolio Management, a Real Estate Portfolio Manager will negotiate existing fleet renewals and manage lease actions and reporting. Core Responsibilities Working directly with landlords, negotiate and execute lease renewals, and lease actions In collaboration with Sr. Real Estate Managers, support fleet strategies and initiatives Liaise with attorneys to review, negotiate, and finalize lease documents Collaborate with lease management and administration teams on amendment reviews and other real estate activities whilst managing portfolio reports, and key lease dates Qualifications 3 - 5+ years of functional leasing/real estate experience Strong negotiation skills Confident familiarity with lease documents and leasing strategies Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners Resourcefulness, with a high level of initiative Proven work ethic with utmost integrity; and desire to excel and succeed. must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,000 - $147,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Requirements
Requires 3–5+ years of functional leasing or real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with lease documents and leasing strategies. Candidates should demonstrate effective problem-solving, organization, communication, collaboration, initiative, resourcefulness, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
