Job details
We’re hiring a Weekend Reservations Manager at Luxury Experiences Referral bonus: Refer someone I hire and I’ll PayPal you CAD $750 once they’ve been with us for 90 days. 📍 Based in Toronto · Remote · Part-time, every Saturday & Sunday 🕘 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM ET 💰 CAD $32/hour (~$590 a weekend) ⚠️ Please read before applying: We want you based in Toronto. The hours are fixed to Toronto time and won’t move for other time zones. If you live outside Eastern Time, please don’t apply. On Pacific time, for example, this would be a 5:45 AM start every Saturday and Sunday. If you’ve worked a high end hotel front desk, or have previous experience in yacht charters, or high end trips, this one’s for you. You’d be our second hire, and the voice guests hear when they call to plan their day on a yacht in the Caribbean. What you’ll do: • Answer guests by phone, text and email, and turn questions into bookings • Confirm trips with our partner operators, and handle weather and schedule changes • Follow up with guests who started a booking but didn’t finish • Spot problems early and make sure every booking is followed through to the end You’ll be great at this if you: • Come from hospitality or luxury service • Are excellent on the phone: warm and confident, someone guests trust right away • Have sharp attention to detail. You catch the typo, the wrong date or the wrong price before it reaches a guest, and you’ll be handling prices and payments. • Can keep several guests, operators and bookings moving at once without dropping one • Stay calm and decisive when plans change at the last minute • Want this every weekend, not just some weekends About us: We’re building the go-to platform for luxury experiences. We’re starting with boat and yacht charters in the Caribbean and expanding around the world. Interested, or know someone perfect? DM me a few lines about yourself, or tag them below.
