Take on mentorship responsibilities and grow into a leadership role. What We’re Looking For: 2-5+ years of experience in pediatrics and/or adult care (preferred). University degree in Occupational Therapy with registration (or eligibility) with COTO and/or OEQ. Membership with CAOT. Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency (English & French) A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
