YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Supervising all your assigned clients’ print and digital projects; Establishing priorities according to deadlines and assign projects to a team of graphic designers and artists; Following up with clients and the production team to ensure smooth project execution; Fostering a partnership of confidence and act as a consultant for our clients; Taking part in production meetings and analyzing the mandates entrusted to us by our clients; Preparing estimates, launching projects and carrying out invoicing; Playing a proactive role in problem resolution; Monitoring project costs and proposing proactive solutions to improve their efficiency and profitability; All other related tasks. WE WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF: You have a related university or college education; You have at least five years of experience in a similar role; You demonstrate positive leadership and are a team player; You are known for the quality of your communication skills and client relationships; You deftly adapt to all sorts of situations and work independently; You are highly organized and effectively manage your time and priorities; You demonstrate discipline and attention to detail; You have agency/studio experience (an asset); You are familiar with Mac graphic design software (an asset). Requirements

A related university or college education and at least five years of experience in a similar role are required. Candidates should demonstrate positive leadership, strong communication and client relationship skills, adaptability, independence, organization, time management, discipline, and attention to detail; agency or studio experience and familiarity with Mac graphic design software are assets.
