Requirements Requirement Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, including enterprise application modernization Excellent proficiency in Java Significant experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security) Significant experience in API development and microservices architectures Hands-on experience with AWS, including managed services and serverless technologies Experience with distributed or event-driven solutions Experience with CI/CD tools and practices Implementation of an automated testing strategy (unit, integration, regression, and UI testing) Experience in reducing technical debt and modernizing applications Experience in vulnerability management and secure software development Proficiency in French, both written and spoken PREFERRED Knowledge of AI-assisted development practices in a secure environment Experience working in an Agile environment WHAT WE DON'T WANT Less than 12 years of experience in software development. No hands-on experience modernizing existing applications, only developing new features. No practical experience with AWS, only theoretical knowledge. No experience with the Spring ecosystem. No experience in automated testing or continuous integration. Profile focused on organizational architecture without direct coding involvement (should be redirected to the solutions architect position in the set of 5 requests).
