Job summary
Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT Analysis Significant experience in transformation projects involving packaged software solutions (COTS/ERP/proprietary software) Experience in an Agile environment (epics, user stories, releases, sprints, backlogs) Proficiency in spoken and written French Documentation of functional specifications, business rules, exception cases, and acceptance criteria Definition, preparation, and execution of end-to-end functional testing, including coordination of integrated testing and UAT Desired Impact analysis of packaged software configuration choices on business processes and application integrations Collaboration with architects, technical analysts, developers, and packaged software vendors Exposure to inter-system integration and secure data exchange initiatives Support for implementation, stabilization, and incident management activities ASSET Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline Proficiency in English Experience in group insurance, particularly pricing/rating Automated testing experience
