It remains outside the elimination criteria, but it differentiates between two technically equivalent candidates. WHAT WE DON'T WANT Document developer proficient only in competing tools (Quadient Inspire, GMC, Papyrus, xPression) with no Exstream experience. Candidates with less than 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream. Generalist developer with no experience in transactional document composition. Document business analyst without development and deployment skills. Candidates without exposure to the delivery, integrated testing, and production lifecycle.

Requirements
