Coordinator or project lead profile without demonstrated ownership of the project plan, budget and steering committee reporting. Scrum Master or PO presented as a project manager, without demonstrated cost and schedule management. PCO or PMO portfolio support profile, without direct project delivery. Experience limited to single-team projects, with no cross-functional project involving several departments or an external integrator. Background with no financial institution or risk management experience.
