The Senior Consultant will lead Earnix platform initiatives by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project delivery, risks, and schedules. They will also act as a Product Owner to manage backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Insurance client is continuing to develop its pricing and business rules management capabilities through the Earnix platform. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Senior Consultant - Agile Project Manager / Product Owner capable of bridging the gap between business teams, IT teams, suppliers, and executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead initiatives related to the delivery of Earnix features, priority management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: Project Management and Leadership Lead projects and initiatives related to the Earnix platform. Plan and coordinate the work of the various teams involved. Ensure adherence to costs, schedules, risks, and dependencies. Prepare and lead project committees and follow-up meetings. Produce performance indicators and progress reports for management. Agility and Product Ownership Act as Product Owner or business representative to Agile teams. Manage and prioritize the backlog based on business value. Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective). Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with pricing, actuarial, underwriting, IT, data, and architecture teams. Coordinate with external vendors, including Earnix. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution. Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders. Change Management Support business units in adopting new solutions. Develop and coordinate deployment strategies. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning. Identify organizational impacts and mitigation plans. Requirements Desired Profile Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing technology or transformation projects. Significant experience in an Agile environment. Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector. Participation in projects involving business rules, pricing, or advanced analytics platforms. Skills Excellent command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Inspiring leadership and influence. Ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tools and technologies: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project (an asset) MUST HAVE EXPERTISE IN PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in technology or transformation projects, specifically within the insurance or financial services sector. Expertise in Agile methodologies and Property and Casualty insurance is mandatory for this role.
