Renovation manager

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty. Noisy. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and prepare work schedules. Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies. Plan and manage budgets. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities.
