You'll Be Responsible For: Oversees project timeframes and project budgets, and ensures budgets are managed diligently and highlights any risks, challenges and mitigations. Lead delivery of conventional signalling works within the team. Manage interfaces between signalling, construction, and wider systems Oversee planning, delivery, and commissioning strategy to meet programme milestones Provide senior oversight of safety, quality, risk, and performance Act as key interface with the delivery stakeholders Strengthen integration between signalling, and construction activities Delivery risk and ensure alignment with programme schedule and commissioning requirements You’ll Need To Have: Significant experience in rail signalling delivery on major infrastructure programmes Experience operating at senior leadership level (Programme Manager / Delivery Director or equivalent) Strong understanding of delivery, staging, and commissioning within an operational railway Proven ability managing multidisciplinary interfaces and stakeholders Relevant engineering background or equivalent experience Our values Safety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.
