Providing advice to clients on stakeholder and communications standards, process and tools. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Tracking progress against KPIs and supporting governance and reporting for stakeholder management and communications. Working collaboratively to recognise opportunities, escalate and help mitigate issues, and achieve key objectives. Innovating and aligning with industry best practice to ensure continued service excellence. Provides Line Management to more junior resources and other Project staff as required. You’ll Need To Have Minimum 5 yrs experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of stakeholder engagement programs for infrastructure, utilities, transportation, public sector or major capital projects. Experience working with or providing services to Crown corporations, utilities, regulators, government agencies or public-sector organizations. Experience supporting electricity transmission, energy transition, utility or infrastructure programs. Understanding of infrastructure or construction projects, and the dependencies and interfaces within the project lifecycle. Experience supporting Indigenous engagement and community consultation initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form working relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to distil complex information for a range of audiences including non-technical. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, consultations and engagement activities. Note: The estimated salary for this position is 120,000 - 150,000 CAD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
