Lead the occupational health and safety strategy, management system, regulatory compliance, risk management, investigations, training, and performance reporting across the company's drilling operations. Supervise and develop the field safety prevention specialist, advise operations leaders, manage workers' compensation cases, and represent the company with mining clients and the CNESST.
