Lead the fabrication and repair of metal parts using various welding techniques and robotic production lines. Supervise worker activities, coordinate work schedules, and ensure all safety standards and product specifications are met.

The lead welder will operate welding equipment, read and interpret blueprints, and ensure welds meet standards. They will also supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and perform maintenance on welding equipment.
