Job Description ● Purchasing/Admin ○ Reviewing, processing, and approving items assigned in AP scanning ■ Process shop supplies across all maintenance sites ■ Process maintenance-related supplies to all terminals in the network ■ Oversee logistics of orders by working with partner suppliers, tracking when supplies are ready for pickup, working with our preferred carrier for delivery and tracking arrival ■ Maintain a maintenance process exception queue less than 7 days ○ Support and supply DEF across the network ■ Some terminals have bulk deliveries while others carry totes, drums or jugs of DEF ● Record fill requests, order supply, process and approve invoices ○ Support maintenance profiling/ processing overflow (vacations, holidays, short staff and sick leave) in both in-house and third-party teams. ○ Support maintenance facilities with training/training file compliance. ○ Input hours into payroll sheets based on electronic payroll report for location manager review. ○ Fleet charge + Paccar Fleet service invoice reconciliation/ processing ○ Online software subscriptions not supported by IT (OnCommand, others) ● Audit and ensure compliance with the following: ● Assist with overflow workload across the Maintenance network and other duties may be assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
