Job Description The Junior Foreman's main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI's of the Winnipeg Terminal. This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman The Junior Foreman also covers the Foreman for illness and vacation etc. Mostly Monday to Friday; shift starts at 11:00 AM To 8:30 PM some weekends when needed. 9-hour shifts Loading/Unloading/Cross Docking Freight/ Leading/Supporting/Coordinating Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of the City of Winnipeg and surrounding rural towns-ability to plan a delivery run. Leadership skills can clearly set expectations and assign tasks with company safety targets and service targets in mind. Willing to learn to run the PM dock, Ability to train new hires Forklift Additional Information What do we offer to you?
