Prepare and review domestic and international legal entity financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS, and support quarterly reviews of consolidated financial statements and external reporting materials. Coordinate with business units, Tax, Accounting Research, and external auditors; address reporting matters, improve processes, and assist with tax step memos and regulatory schedules.

Generate and communicate preventive maintenance reports, coordinate vehicle administration programs and maintenance, and resolve fleet-related issues with internal teams and external service providers. Maintain fleet records, provide data and reporting to internal clients and management, and respond to fleet inquiries.

Lead capital, maintenance, and pipeline projects through the full lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, cost, execution plans, contracting, procurement, and risks. Review engineering and vendor deliverables, ensure compliance and project assurance, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and technical guidance.

Provide end-user support for SAP maintenance work management, including notifications, work orders, execution, and closeout, while improving processes and system functionality. Deliver training and coaching, audit compliance, manage reporting requests, support SAP and Power BI dashboards and KPIs, and coordinate work management practices across sites.

Provide occupational health services, including workplace injury and illness management, fitness-for-work assessments, prevention programs, and medical emergency response support. Maintain confidential health records and coordinate disability case management and safe return-to-work plans.
