REER collectif avec contribution de l'employeur. Le titulaire est responsable de couper les pièces selon les spécifications puis d’effectuer le ponçage. Tâches principales Lire les commandes et le plan du produit pour la coupe Faire les calculs selon les coupes requises (droites et en angle) Faire les coupes avec une très grande précision Ajuster la ponceuse à ruban électrique selon la circonférence de la pièce Identifier la vitesse requise selon le type de ponçage à effectuer Choisir et installer les bandes abrasives adéquates Faire du ponçage manuel de pièces en utilisant une ponceuse à air Vérification de la qualité de son travail selon les normes du produit Participer à toutes autres tâches de l'atelier selon les besoins Exigences Études secondaires Excellente dextérité manuelle Habileté démontrée dans l’utilisation d’une scie à ruban et d’une scie circulaire industrielle et dans l’utilisation de ponceuse manuelle et électrique Avoir travaillé avec de l’aluminium (atout) Grande habileté pour mesurer les dimensions et les angles avec précision Capacité à lire et comprendre des documents techniques Français parlé et écrit Bonnes connaissances des composantes des matériaux (atout) Horaire Du lundi au jeudi de 6h50 à 15h50 et le vendredi de 6h50 à 12h35 Endroit de travail : 260 Av. He works primarily with aluminum using electric hand tools such as: Band saw, sanding, press drill and other tools of the same category (there are no CNC) Main responsibilities Cut the Aluminium pieces according to the instructions, drawings or templates. Perform tapping Sand the pieces Cut the pieces Proceed with the manual assembly of some parts and using electrical tools Validate the consistency of the pieces Validate the quality of his work based on product standards Participate in all other workshop duties as required Requirements Completed high school or professional study program 2 years of experience in a similar position Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings Proven ability to perform manual work with accuracy Teamwork spirit Pay attention to detail and quality oriented Required to work in a standing position all day Ability to distinguish colours and good visual acuity Languages French: Spoken and written English: An important asset Job location and Work Schedule Location: 260 Av.
