As Mantecon continues to grow its Project Management and Construction Services practice, we are seeking a Project / Construction Coordinator to join our team in either our Toronto or Dundas office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Specialists, the successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery while developing the skills and experience required for advancement into Project Management roles. This position combines office-based project coordination with regular construction site visits and client interaction, making it an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional seeking exposure to all phases of project delivery. This position will report to a Senior Project Manager and will work collaboratively across multiple disciplines. *Responsibilities* · Support Project Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project objectives are achieved. · Participate in client meetings, stakeholder consultations, and project presentations. · Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams. · Assist in identifying project risks and recommending mitigation strategies. · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery best practices. *QUALIFICATIONS* · Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline. · Working toward or holding professional designations such as PMP, CAPM, CET, EIT, or similar credentials is considered an asset. · Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in project management, construction consulting, or owner's representative services. · Strong client-service orientation and collaborative approach to project delivery. · Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. *WHY JOIN MANTECON?* At Mantecon, employees benefit from working within a multidisciplinary environment that brings together engineering, project management, construction administration, and technical expertise under one roof.
