*Project / Construction Coordinator * *Toronto, ON or Dundas, Ontario | Full-Time | In-Person* Mantecon Partners Inc. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing engineering, project management, and construction administration services across Ontario. Our teams work collaboratively with public and private sector clients to deliver successful projects from planning and design through construction and close-out. As Mantecon continues to grow its Project Management and Construction Services practice, we are seeking a Project / Construction Coordinator to join our team in either our Toronto or Dundas office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Specialists, the successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery while developing the skills and experience required for advancement into Project Management roles. This position combines office-based project coordination with regular construction site visits and client interaction, making it an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional seeking exposure to all phases of project delivery. This position will report to a Senior Project Manager and will work collaboratively across multiple disciplines. *Responsibilities* · Support Project Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project objectives are achieved. · Participate in client meetings, stakeholder consultations, and project presentations. · Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams. · Assist in identifying project risks and recommending mitigation strategies. · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery best practices. *QUALIFICATIONS* · Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline. · Working toward or holding professional designations such as PMP, CAPM, CET, EIT, or similar credentials is considered an asset. · Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in project management, construction consulting, or owner's representative services. · Strong client-service orientation and collaborative approach to project delivery. · Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. *WHY JOIN MANTECON?* At Mantecon, employees benefit from working within a multidisciplinary environment that brings together engineering, project management, construction administration, and technical expertise under one roof.
