*Custom Lighting Industry | Full-Time* *Growing Custom Lighting Company Seeking an Experienced Operations & Quotation Manager* We are seeking a *seasoned, hands-on professional* to oversee daily operational activities while also taking an active role in reviewing, preparing, and managing customer quotations. The ideal candidate will have strong *operational management skills combined with technical and analytical abilities*, allowing them to understand custom lighting products, drawings, specifications, materials, and manufacturing requirements and prepare accurate quotations with *minimal training*. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee and coordinate daily company operations and workflow. * customer requirements. * Prepare, review, and manage quotations for custom lighting projects. * Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure projects are properly quoted and executed. * Follow up on quotations and assist the sales team as required. * Improve operational procedures, efficiency, and internal communication. * Provide leadership and support to the operations team. *Qualifications* * *5+ years of relevant experience* in operations, estimating, project management, manufacturing, or a related field. * Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand *custom-manufactured products*. * Strong knowledge of costing, pricing, and quotation preparation. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office. * Experience in the *lighting, architectural products, manufacturing, or hospitality industry* is a strong asset. *Opportunity for Growth* This is an excellent opportunity for a *motivated, experienced individual who wants to grow with a company*.
