Roles & Responsibilities Day-to-day communication with project managers, all trades on site, and supervisors Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Run a 3-5 man crew while completing tasks Layout construction floor plans and concrete plans Complete carpentry-related tasks, including: framing, finishing carpentry, concrete foundations, and exterior cladding.
