We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals. Roles & Responsibilities / Job Duties Produce high quality components within tight tolerances, using manual lathe, milling and grinding machines; Follow and comply with all AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards, regulations, legislative and customer requirements to ensure highest standards are maintained; Ability to read and interpret drawings; Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments; Assemble and install components when required; Use various deburring / reaming hand tools, buffing / polishing wheel and drill presses; Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment; Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies; Perform other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job Qualifications Minimum 3 year experience is an asset; Tool & die maker certificate is an asset; Excellent knowledge of tooling, gauges and the ability to operate and understand precision measuring tools; Effectively communicate information with managers and other employees, both verbal and in writing; Must be able to work independently with a willingness to learn new skills; Able to work under pressure Benefits Competitive wages up to $32.00/hour, wages are based on experience Health / dental insurance Overtime opportunities Deferred Profit Share Program (DPSP) On-site parking Apply to this Job
