Roles & Responsibilities / Job Duties Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner Review production / quality trends, communicate and make recommendations to president and initiate cost-effective actions Possess and effectively apply intellect, judgment and management skills to achieve desired business performance results Manage, coach and mentor a team of 50+ employees Qualifications Minimum 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing management sector Bachelor’s degree in production management, business administration, or mechanical engineering Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate others The proven ability to meet deadlines while under pressure and effectively handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive wages up to $45.00/hour, wages are based on experience Health / dental insurance Overtime opportunities Deferred Profit Share Program (DPSP) On-site parking Apply to this Job
