Roles & Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications. Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate metal components. Perform welding tasks using various techniques. Continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with the following: Power and hand tool proficiency Welding expertise, flat position CWB with flux or metal core preferred.
