What You’ll Do Own your territory : You’ll take full charge of your region, identifying opportunities, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline of new business. Hunt daily : Cold calling, door-knocking, follow-ups — you thrive on high activity and direct contact. You create them. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, agriculture, or B2B. Proven success in business development, prospecting, and territory growth.
