Role Description Maple Grove Therapy is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers who are interested in developing or expanding a private practice while benefiting from clinical support, supervision, marketing/ advertising assistance, and administrative and technological resources. This opportunity is best suited for clinicians who are seeking to develop and maintain full-time private practice hours. We are committed to supporting clinicians in building sustainable and rewarding practices through marketing support, supervision, consultation, and administrative resources while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy that private practice offers. This position operates under an independent contractor model and offers significant flexibility regarding scheduling, caseload development, and clinical practice. Qualifications Applicants must: Be registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Maintain professional liability insurance Demonstrate competence in the provision of counselling and/or psychotherapy services Be committed to ethical, client-centred, and evidence-informed practice Experience with providing virtual psychotherapy services in Ontario an asset but not required. We welcome applications from: Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) [RP(Q)] Registered Psychotherapists (RP) Registered Social Workers (RSW) Responsibilities Provide counselling and psychotherapy services to clients virtually throughout Ontario through secure EMR Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional, regulatory, and practice standards Conduct appropriate risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and referral activities as required Practice within their scope of competence and seek consultation or supervision when appropriate Attend supervision and/or team meetings as required Comply with all applicable regulatory, ethical, privacy, and professional standards Maintain professional communication with clients and community partners Participate in ongoing professional development activities What We Offer Fully virtual practice Flexible scheduling Independent contractor autonomy In-house clinical supervision at no additional cost Marketing and advertising support to assist with caseload development Jane App EMR and professional email account provided Access to practice forms, templates, and resources Opportunities for increased compensation as clinicians progress toward independent practice status with their regulatory college Supportive and collaborative practice culture Clinical Supervision Our supervisors meet the standards established by both the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) for the provision of clinical supervision. What you’ll do

Provide virtual counselling and psychotherapy services to clients across Ontario using a secure EMR. Maintain professional clinical documentation and conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed.

Requirements

Applicants must be registered and in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW and maintain professional liability insurance. Competence in evidence-informed, client-centred psychotherapy is required.
