Role Description Maple Grove Therapy is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers who are interested in developing or expanding a private practice while benefiting from clinical support, supervision, marketing/ advertising assistance, and administrative and technological resources. This opportunity is best suited for clinicians who are seeking to develop and maintain full-time private practice hours. We are committed to supporting clinicians in building sustainable and rewarding practices through marketing support, supervision, consultation, and administrative resources while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy that private practice offers. This position operates under an independent contractor model and offers significant flexibility regarding scheduling, caseload development, and clinical practice. Qualifications Applicants must: Be registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Maintain professional liability insurance Demonstrate competence in the provision of counselling and/or psychotherapy services Be committed to ethical, client-centred, and evidence-informed practice Experience with providing virtual psychotherapy services in Ontario an asset but not required.
