Responsibilities may include: * Cutting, packing and tying raw chicken for our various customers * Mixing ingredients and packaging chicken products * Working an assembly line and standing for extended periods of time * Working in cold, wet and loud environments * Adhering to company policies and procedures, animal welfare training and more. * Promoting and complying with all Maple Lodge Farms Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls SHIFTS: Shift timings vary across our business, but our common shift timings include: * Morning Shift (AM) start times between 4:00 am and 8:00 am * Evening Shift (PM) start times between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm * Night Shift start times between 9:00 pm and 12:00 am WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO MAPLE LODGE FARMS We are looking for responsible, engaged individuals to join our processing team as general labourers. Key qualifications include: * Ability to lift 35+ lbs in some roles * Performing physically intensive work * Ability to stand for 8 hours and work on a fast-paced production lines * Ability to work in a cold environment * Ability to multitask * Strong teamworking skills * Experience driving BT/ forklift/ walkie/ dock stocker would be an asset ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process.
