Overview Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
