A Day in Your Role * Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of clinical procedures * Prepare and reassure patients, providing exceptional chairside support * Capture digital dental radiographs with precision and care * Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to the highest standards * Keep patient records accurate and support smooth day-to-day clinical operations What You Bring * Certification as a Dental Assistant Level II * At least 1 year of dental assisting experience * Current certification and eligibility to work in Ontario * Excellent communication skills and a genuine patient-first mindset * A reliable, organized, and team-first approach to work What We Offer * Competitive pay: $28.00–$33.00/hour, based on experience * Predictable, full-time schedule: * Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Saturday: once a month * A supportive, close-knit team that values collaboration over competition * In-person role in Barrie, ON, where you'll build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues alike Ready to Make a Difference?
