We are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) Marc Cain Store - Laval (Canada) Your Responsibilities You will lead and motivate your team with dedication and create an inspiring, positive working environment You will ensure that all operational processes in the shop run smoothly, efficiently and with a focus on customer service You will advise on and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion, and look after both our regular and new customers to the highest standard Preparing and following up on orders, as well as actively supporting this process, also fall within your remit You keep a close eye on stock levels at all times, coordinate orders and ensure optimal product presentation in line with the brand’s image Your profile You have extensive experience in selling high-quality women’s clothing, as well as some initial management experience as a Store Manager (m/f/d) You are characterised by a strong customer focus and a genuine enjoyment of working with people With your confident, positive manner and high level of self-motivation, you inspire both customers and your team You embody and convey the Marc Cain way of life authentically and with conviction We offer you a varied range of responsibilities in a stylish working environment with a high degree of personal responsibility.
