Position Summary Are you a visionary leader with a passion for building and optimizing business-critical applications? We are seeking an innovative Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our custom Salesforce system. In this hands-on leadership role, you will architect, manage, and deliver solutions that empower every area of our business—from finance and manufacturing to sales and customer support. What You’ll Do · Drive Custom Salesforce Development: Take ownership of our Salesforce platform, leading the design and delivery of custom solutions that address complex business needs. Your expertise will be critical in maximizing our Salesforce investment. · Champion Integration and Modernization: Oversee the development, upgrade, and support of all core business applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating Salesforce with SAP, Kinaxis, and other enterprise platforms. · Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align IT initiatives with business strategy, set priorities, and deliver impactful results. · Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead projects from concept through deployment, ensuring robust requirements gathering, agile development, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement. · Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance in application architecture, coding standards, and best practices—especially in Salesforce, and related technologies. · Lead and Support: Help grow and mentor multiple application developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. · Continuous Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and champion the adoption of new tools and technologies. · Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. What You Bring · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and significant, relevant professional experience · Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience in custom Salesforce development and administration, including integrations and automation. · Bonus Skills: Experience with Kinaxis and/or SAP development is a strong plus. · Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Kinaxis, Informatica, SQL, and modern reporting tools. · Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, and CRM. · Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, manage projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. · Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. · Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering creative solutions to complex challenges. · Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
