Marinus Services is seeking a highly organized Labour Dispatch Coordinator to provide operational support for marine terminal labour dispatch activities. This role is responsible for coordinating labour scheduling, maintaining dispatch and payroll records, supporting compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements, and ensuring accurate workforce documentation in a fast-paced operational environment. What You'll Do Coordinate daily labour scheduling and workforce assignments. Prepare and maintain gang orders, dispatch records, and labour reports. Review and verify employee timekeeping and payroll information. Support compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and dispatch procedures. Collaborate with Terminal Operations, Vessel Planning, Payroll, HR, and Union representatives. Monitor operational changes and assist with labour adjustments as required. Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Supporting a 24/7 Marine Terminal Operation) What We're Looking For Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered. 2–4 years of experience in labour dispatch, workforce scheduling, payroll administration, logistics, or operations support. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with workforce scheduling, payroll, or terminal operating systems is an asset. Ability to travel to the United States within a month from start. Why Join Us?
