Additionally, you will participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills in sales, guest experience, and beverage industry operations. Candidates must hold a university degree by April 2027 and have WSET Level II certification or be in the process of obtaining it. A willingness to relocate to the Okanagan Valley and a strong drive for a career in the beverage industry are essential.
