Telemarketing Representative Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience Required: 0-1 year Salary: $17-$20/hour + commission Job Summary We are hiring a Telemarketing Representative to conduct outbound calls promoting products or services to prospective customers. You'll generate interest, qualify leads, and support sales efforts through effective phone communication. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers Present product or service information clearly and persuasively Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments Record call outcomes and update contact records Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets Handle objections professionally and follow scripts as needed Maintain a positive, professional phone manner Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 0-1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work Resilient and goal-oriented Basic computer skills for call tracking systems Benefits Base pay plus commission Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement in sales Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
