This is a remote, part-time contractor role focused on capturing, editing, and publishing video content across platforms. You’ll own the full content lifecycle, from shooting to final post, helping turn ideas into polished, high-performing videos. Scope & Responsibilities Shoot video content for the CEO (on-site shoots coordinated as needed) Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Add captions, graphics, music, and branding elements to enhance engagement Turn raw footage into multiple content pieces optimized per platform Collaborate on content ideas, trends, and formats Manage and schedule content posting Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all outputs What We’re Looking For Strong videography skills, including framing, lighting, and audio setup Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) Experience creating content for personal brands or creators Deep understanding of short-form content and social media trends Ability to move fast and produce consistently Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail Self-starter who can operate independently in a remote setup Nice to Have Experience working with founders, CEOs, or influencers Motion graphics or animation skills Knowledge of content strategy and growth tactics
