Barista/All rounder

This is a full-time, on-site Barista/All Rounder role based in the Bolton, ON. The Barista/All Rounder will prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to Mashric standards, operate coffee equipment, and maintain a clean, organized service area. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing attentive customer service throughout each visit. The team member will assist with food preparation, basic café back-of-house tasks, restocking supplies, and supporting opening and closing duties. The Barista/All Rounder will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent, welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills. Barista experience with espresso machines and beverage preparation, including basic coffee knowledge. Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Food Preparation skills for handling light café food items and following safety and hygiene standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in drink presentation, order accuracy, and cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an asset.
