About Us Massage Addict is 100% Canadian owned and locally operated. Our 130+ multi-disciplinary clinics offer therapeutic services from Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Reflexologists and Stretch Coaches, helping Canadians manage pain, stress, and overall wellness through accessible, professional care. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of three clinics. The clinics require an individual with strong leadership and operational management experience, a professional communication style, and the drive and passion to lead high-performing teams within multiple clinics. The Multi-Unit Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily clinic operations, maximizing results through revenue growth initiatives, and ensuring effective recruitment, scheduling, and retention of practitioners and front desk staff. This role also facilitates onboarding and training for all new team members and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Expectations for the Multi-Unit Clinic Manager Creates and maintains a highly motivated work environment by communicating regularly in a positive and inspiring manner Recruits, selects, and retains practitioners and front desk staff Attends industry events through colleges, professional associations to actively network with practitioners and students Engages the teams in event planning, encouraging initiative and ownership Develops future leaders by providing SMART development plans at providing ongoing feedback and coaching Ensures the clinic teams are trained effectively using established operational systems and standards Maintains proper client file management and confidentiality protocols Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, professional colleges, associations, and insurance providers Maintains appropriate staffing levels to support business needs during all operating hours Maintains processes to manage client cancellations, no-shows, and missed recurring appointments Adopts local marketing strategies and community business development initiatives Ensures cash handling and deposits are completed in accordance with company policy Conducts weekly inventory and manages loss prevention controls Takes ownership of operational opportunities, identifies resolutions and follows up in a timely manner What We’re Looking For An experienced people leader who will learn the business quickly (training provided) Minimum three years of management experience Previous clinic-level management experience preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Someone who can work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including some evenings and weekends An individual who enjoys working hand-on and alongside the teams Someone who wants to grow with us If you are an experienced leader seeking to work in a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
