As an expert technician in 3-piece cans manufacturing, you will be in charge of handling, adjusting, and basic maintenance of the metal container production machinery. You will supervise the manufacturing lines, control process and product parameters, and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. You will participate in the identification and resolution of technical issues, proposing improvements in production processes. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production oriented towards the needs of the agri-food market. Requirements Aptitude in industrial manufacturing and production processes, including knowledge of machinery and workflows in packaging plants. Ability for quality control, product verification, and monitoring of standards and regulations in the agri-food sector. Aptitude in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and reducing line downtime. Good communication skills, teamwork, and coordination with production, maintenance, and quality. Technical training (Vocational Training or equivalent) in areas such as mechanics, electromechanics, manufacturing, or similar; previous experience in metal containers or the agri-food industry will be valued. Basic knowledge of office automation and the ability to accurately and orderly record production and quality data.
