310J Trailer Mechanic

This is a great opportunity for either a seasoned Red Seal 310J Trailer Mechanics OR new Red Seal 310J Techs and Apprentices. As well as offering shop roles, we also have openings for mobile/Field Service technicians. We are also accepting applications from 310T certified technicians as well that have trailer experience. Compensation: $38.00 - $41.00/hour + $2/hour shift Premium Apprentice rate is $25.00 - $35.00/hour DOE and Schooling Up to $1,000/month efficiency bonus (mobile and field service only) Full company paid Benefits; H/D/V RRSP Match 3 weeks Vacation Paid Lunches Company Events, BBQs, Lunches, Parties Leave early on Fridays Schedule: 5x8 Day Shift: Monday to Friday. Mon-Thurs: 6:00am - 3:00pm Fridays: 6:00am - 2:00pm 4x10 Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 2:30pm - 1:30am $2/hour shift premium Come join a team that guarantees you 44-hours per week, and over time on any additional hours. Add variety to your day getting to work on Dry Vans, Reefer Units, Flat-Beds, Agriculture trailers and specialty trailers including live bottoms. Mobile Technicians are typically working out of 1 client site, and rarely ever do roadside assistance. You can schedule your own day by making several stops or plan your schedule as needed as long as it fits with operational needs.

Perform maintenance and repairs on various trailer types including dry vans, reefers, and agriculture trailers. Roles are available for both shop-based work and mobile field service at client sites.

Candidates must be Red Seal 310J certified technicians or apprentices, or 310T certified technicians with trailer experience. Experience with specialty trailers and live bottoms is an asset.
