MasterTech is on the search for Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyman in the Central Calgary area. The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Class 6 & 7 trucks. We are also recruiting for a Lead Hand for the same shop on the same shift.​ Compensation: $42.00 - $48.00/hour + $2/hour shift premium Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability (100% employer paid), etc. Retirement savings plan PTO Schedule: 2nd shift Monday to Friday. 1:30pm to 10:30pm Key Qualifications: Licensed Journeyman Certificate Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience using diagnostic software (Cummins InSite = $2/hour premium) Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background and drivers abstract
