Job summary
MasterTech is on the search for a licensed and experienced Heavy Equipment Technician in Port Perry, ON. The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy industrial equipment in a shop setting. Compensation: $30.00 - $47.00/hour. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 3 weeks paid vacation. Company vehicle and gas card provided. RRSP match. Shift: Days, 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available. Key Qualifications: Ideally Heavy Equipment Technician license (421A), though not required. 10+ years of experience working on heavy equipment (construction, earthmoving, landscaping, aerial, paving, forestry, mining, etc.) Excellent understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Able to work independently. Own set of tools.
