The Service Advisor will assist with service sales objectives and manage the flow of information between repairs, parts, and technicians. They are responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service while working alongside multiple departments.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor, to join a busy operation in the North York, ON region. Customer focused candidates can join an established team assisting with service sales objectives, and bring industry knowledge between repairs, parts, and working with technicians. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000/year Salary Monthly Bonus Program Full Benefits Available following 90-days Long & Short Term Disability Health/Dental Coverage Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Requirements: Truck or Heavy-Duty Service Advisor experience preferred Previous dealership experience a strong asset Strong customer service, and sales background needed Ability to work alongside multiple departments, familiar with parts/software systems

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates should have previous dealership experience and a strong background in customer service and sales. Experience as a Truck or Heavy-Duty Service Advisor is preferred, along with familiarity with parts and software systems.
