Job summary

Mobile Trailer Technicians are needed to join a growing fleet maintenance team in Montreal (Lachine OR Cavendish). This role offers the opportunity to work independently in a fully equipped mobile service truck, traveling to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of trailers and equipment. Technicians will service a range of trailer types: Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Heaters, Reefer units, etc. Compensation & Benefits: $39.00 - $42.00/hour based on experience $2.00/hour Mobile Service Premium Signing Bonus Available Company-Issued Fully Equipped Mobile Service Truck Paid Vacation and Personal Days Employer-Paid Benefits Package Healthcare Spending Account Pension Plan with Employer Contributions and Profit Sharing Boot and Tool Allowances Company-Provided Workwear and PPE Ongoing Training, Certifications, and Career Development Opportunities Shift/Schedule: Day Shift; 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (flexible start times) OR Night Shift; 2:30 pm - 1:00 am (10-hour shifts) Monday to Friday Overtime available Preferred Requirements: Previous Professional Trailer Repair Experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities. Bilingual French/English preferred. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and related equipment at customer locations. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, braking, suspension, and structural systems, including component replacement as required. Complete welding, fabrication, and body repair work while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship. Possess a valid driver's license, the ability to work independently in a mobile service environment, and safely lift up to 85 lbs.
