What you'll do Own viral and organic growth - your job is to make Matcha spread Build virality into the product itself - referral loops, shareable results, invite mechanics, artifacts people screenshot and post; you spec the loops, we ship them fast Manage and grow our socials: X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Substack, Instagram, TikTok Create content that travels - hooks, threads, short-form video, stories built on our data Find and manage influencer partnerships and grow our affiliate program Run growth experiments with urgency, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does Own the full funnel - from first impression to signup to paid Develop Matcha's brand voice and storytelling from early stage to breakout You Proven track record of growing and marketing a product at record speed - show us the numbers You've made content take off organically on at least one platform and know how to do it again You've designed a growth loop inside a product (referrals, shareable results, invites) and can tell us what it did to signups - or you have sharp, concrete ideas for ours Strong writer and storyteller across formats: posts, threads, scripts, hooks Comfortable being both strategist and executor; no task too small You think like a founder: bias to action, own outcomes, move with urgency Years of experience and education are not important - any experience level is welcome Benefits Unlimited PTO Fully remote, work from anywhere in the world Full autonomy to prove yourself and grow a product to the next level Interview process 30min chat with founder + showcase past work > Offer To apply https://matcha.fm/apply/marketing

Requirements

Demonstrate a track record of rapidly growing and marketing a product, including organic content success and experience designing product-based growth loops—or concrete ideas for Matcha. Be a strong writer and storyteller who can work as both strategist and hands-on executor, with urgency and ownership; no specific years of experience or education are required.
