With our recent expansion into our new Burlington facility, we are looking for a Finance and Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team. What you will do: Responsibility for oversight of financial process and inventory controls within the ERP environment. Day to day oversight of inventory accounting, reconciliation and reporting, ensuring all product movements and cost allocations are accurately captured in the system. Invoicing, payables and receivables. Review all financial transactions, preparation of management reports, budgeting and forecasting. Accountability for remittance of taxes (source deductions, excise tax and HST). Oversight of payroll through QuickBooks platform. Collaboration with cross functional groups, such as Operations, to ensure data alignment with financials. ERP related activities including monitoring data integrity, workflow design and improvements, controls implementations and audit checks, and user training. What you will need: 5+ years in a lead finance position Strong finance and accounting skills (including inventory accounting, cost analysis and reconciliation) Experience managing ERP Systems and integrated modules Proven ability on data reporting, analysis and proficiency with spreadsheets and tools. Bachelors’ degree in finance, accounting, business or related field Professional certification (CPA, CMA) is an asset but not mandatory Salary Range of $90,000-$100,000 per annum This is an onsite position, Monday – Thursday (7:30am-6pm) with Fridays off.

Requirements
