Job summary
Duties & Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our operations team by ensuring materials and products are received, organized, and prepared for our installation crews. Responsibilities include: Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries. Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment. Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and stage materials for daily installation crews. Load and unload company vehicles accurately and safely. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock counts. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow company safety policies and safe work procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties as required. Work closely with the Operations, Purchasing, and Installation teams to ensure projects are supplied with the right materials on time. Safely lift, load, unload, carry, and move heavy windows, doors, and other building materials while following all company safety procedures. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Holds a valid forklift certification (required). Has previous warehouse experience (preferred, but not required). Can safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Has basic computer skills. Can follow written and verbal instructions. Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Works well independently and as part of a team. Is committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements
