July 17, 2026 Location: Winnipeg, MB Job Type Full Time Description Sales Support Coordinator Maxim Truck & Trailer 1860 Brookside Blvd. Winnipeg, MB R3C 2E6 As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will handle sales deal analysis, costing, and financial processing manages warranty and payment tracking, produces monthly reports, and provides coverage within your department as needed. If you have an eye for details, numbers, are a strong administrator, and enjoy a professional, friendly working office environment, this could be the job for you! Responsibilities Prepares sales deal analysis and costing worksheets for internal and external sales, determine gross profit and commissions. Post related journal entries and ensures all POs are created, to complete the sale. Processes warranty and DTU information. Receives notification and tracks sales file payments; provide coding and details for AR. Runs GL transactions and creates itemized listing of inventory balances, sales deposits, and outstanding receivables. Create reports for SLR Support Team Manager monthly. Reconciles accrual differences from closed sales files and posts related after-sales entries. Provides relief to Reception and Sales Support Team as required and for vacation and sick day relief. Ideal Qualifications 2 years office administration Exposure to working with sales reps preferred Entry level accounting course an asset Understanding of the transportation industry (retail side) an asset Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of people Organized, sets priorities, and meets deadlines Numbers-orientation, attention to detail, accuracy Ability to deal with interruptions Computer skills: MS Word/Excel, Email, Internet, Database entry, keyboarding Deals professionally with confidential and sensitive information Fusion knowledge an asset Why choose Maxim?
