This is not an entry-level F&I position. Our Pre-Owned Department handles 40+ used vehicle turnovers per month, plus a significant volume of lease buyouts. We need someone who can step into a busy office, take ownership of the department, and perform from day one. What You’ll Be Responsible For Manage 40+ pre-owned F&I turnovers per month Handle a high volume of Mazda lease buyouts Complete the full F&I process from start to finish Structure deals and secure approvals with prime and subprime lenders. Maximize finance reserve and F&I product penetration on every opportunity. Present and sell warranty, GAP, appearance protection and other F&I products. Manage contracts, funding, registration, documentation and compliance. Complete F&I transactions confidently in person and over the phone. Follow up on outstanding approvals, funding and customer opportunities. Work closely with Sales Management to ensure deals are structured and closed properly. Maintain strong lender relationships and dealership compliance standards Who We Are Looking For This position is for a serious and experienced automotive F&I professional. You must have: Minimum 2 years of proven automotive F&I experience Valid OMVIC licence, Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with a clean abstract, Strong knowledge of prime and subprime financing, Strong lender knowledge and ability to structure challenging deals. Experience with CDK / 180, Ability to manage high volume without sacrificing accuracy or customer experience, Strong closing and objection-handling skills, Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, Ability to communicate and close customers effectively over the phone A proven track record of F&I performance and income production Why Mazda of Toronto?
